Divine Feminine: Egyptian Goddess Belly-Dancing Workshop

Price: R200 per sister includes a scrumptious vegan supper, a slow yoga flow focusing on the sacral chakra, a talk on our beautiful feminine vessels, journalling, sharing circle, satsung under the stars and, a really juicy, fun, bellydancing class from an Egyptian Goddess, here for just a few days.

So often at this time of year do we berate our divine vessels: our magnificent, miraculous bodies ...make resolutions around what isn't good enough about them, try to deprive them or tell them they've had too much, or too little, they're too big, or too small ....and generally just give them a bit of a hard time...

When the truth is ...they are so miraculous, so beautiful, so perfect ...just the way they are. With bumps, lumps, smoothness, softness, hardness, curves, straight lines - all different shapes and sizes - incredible, perfect and deserve much thanks and celebrating!

We will get into our bodies with Nour, down from Egypt for only a few more days. Nour bellydanced from a little girl and she will share with us a sacred dance and teach us her incredible rhythm and moves. It is quite breathtaking to watch and easier than you think to learn!!!

Bellydancing is an ancient art and expresses pure femininity through curvilinear lines from the hips and womb areas.

It is so empowering to move your body in such a way, and just downright fun!

What a way to end the year!
